Marylin Monroe is very sweet and cuddly. She loves people and would love to spend most of her time in your lap or cuddle up in bed with you. She loves to play with the laser pointer and likes to climb his cat tree. She has the loudest purr of any cat ever and she is very grateful to be in a nice home. She is very well traveled and made her way from North Carolina to Virginia and came to us in very bad shape. Her ears are curled back because of all the scratching she did to her ears because her ears were never treated, and her hair is just starting to grow back. She gets along great with other cats of all ages.
Marylin Monroe tested positive for Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) which is a virus that causes a weaken immune system. It Is not contagious to any other species and it can only be transfer by a deep bite wound. She can groom, play, eat, and use the same bathroom as other cats without it spreading. She is healthy and as long as she is taken to the vet for shots she will require no additional care and should have the same lifespan as any other cat.
